Sessions cost £60 for 50 minutes.
I keep some sessions at low cost, I am happy to chat about this.
Payment is requested prior to session, transferred using BACS.
I also have a 48hr cancellation policy which will be within our contract.
It’s a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
We’ll talk about what brings you to counselling, what you hope for, and how we might work together.
I will also share the details of our contract of which I will send you prior.
Not at all. Many people arrive unsure where to start. We can take things slowly, I’ll help you find your footing.
There’s no right or wrong way for you to begin.
Everything you share is confidential, with a few legal exceptions that we can talk through in your first session.
You don’t have to share anything before you’re ready.
