I offer a space where you can talk openly and without judgement, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You will be met with respect, compassion, and a genuine interest in understanding your experience. Everyone’s story is different, and all are valid.

If we work together, we’ll explore what’s been difficult and look at things in a way that feels manageable and supportive. Therapy can be a safe place to slow down and reflect on different parts of your life, your relationships, feelings of anxiety or low mood, a sense of being stuck or unfulfilled, difficulties expressing your needs, or aspects of yourself that feel hard to share.

Together, we can identify what’s getting in the way and develop practical, meaningful ways to move forward. The aim is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to live a life that aligns with what matters to you.
