You don’t need to explain the NHS to me. I’ve lived it, managing clinical teams, navigating organisational pressures, and understanding the realities behind the scenes.

Having a shared language means we can get to the heart of things quickly and safely.

I understand the emotional impact of clinical work, trauma exposure and the pressure to perform, achieve, and hold everything together.

My therapy style is structured with connection, using CBT and Person Centred skills.

Therapy with me helps you step out of your role and reconnect with the person underneath.
